About NAHC Meetings and Conferences National Association for Home Care & Hospice

Megan Tomas, PharmD is a 2015 graduate of the Notre Dame of Maryland University School of Pharmacy. She is a clinical pharmacist at University of Maryland Medical Center and has experience with treating acute care, critical care, and pediatric patients, as well as a special interest in psychopharmacology. Seferina Kim, PharmD, BCPS is a 2009 graduate of the University of Maryland Baltimore School of Pharmacy and has worked in a variety of specialties including adult internal medicine, oncology, transitional care, and ambulatory care. She currently is clinical staff for the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy with a primary site at the outpatient Medication Therapy Management Clinic at the University of Maryland Medical Center where she precepts pharmacy doctoral candidates and pharmacy and medical residents. Dr. Kim also serves on an Intimate Partner Violence Collaborative at UMB and is a member of a variety of committees addressing issues of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at both institutions. Ms. Zellinger has presented at numerous conferences on a national level including the AACN NTI’s, the Scientific Sessions at the AHA, the Society of Thoracic Surgery annual conferences, and the American Cardiology Conferences.

Dr. Banoub is a clinical specialist in infectious diseases at the University of Maryland Medical Center . She earned her PharmD at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Pharmacy and completed her first year of residency training at the Johns Hopkins Hospital and second year infectious diseases specialty residency at Wake Forest Baptist Health. In her current position, she serves in her hospital’s Antimicrobial Stewardship Program, on inpatient Infectious Diseases consulting teams, and in an outpatient Infectious Diseases clinic.
